We were originally Established in 2009 as the German Cake Shop Bakery and Café Murray Bridge, and in October 2011 we changed the direction of our business and name (the Gcs- (Gourmet coffee shop)Espresso Bar and Cafe) to focus on Breakfast, lunch and coffee.
